born in Copenhagen in 1944. Originally I am educated as a computerprogrammer and system analyst. But an encreasing interest in photography in the late sixties, changed my life and I became pressphotographer working for a business magazine in Denmark. The interest for dogs started , when my wife Winnie and I , in 1973 bought our first Newfoundlanddog. The number of dogs encreased in our family and we started to breed Newfs in 1977 under the kennelprefix “Bjørnebanden” ( The Beargang ).
In this period of time , I have been deeply involved in different kinds of dogactivities. Shows, obediencetraining, co-editor of the Danish “Newfoundlandposten”, healthsurvey for the Danish Newfoundlanddogs and I have organized the Newf-rescue program in Denmark. I have been in the board of Newfoundlandklubben i Danmark for 6 years and has served as president and vicepresident.

After judging several funmatches in Denmark, I was educated as Newfoundlandjudge in 1990 and since then - I have judged in most countries in Europe, South Australia, New Zealand in 1998 and the National Specialty 2004 in USA. I am now, as well, authorized judge for: Whole FCI Group 2, 6 Basset breeds in FCI Group 6.[/b]

Ángel Maestro Lafuente

Spain

born in Barcelona in 1967. I studied law at the University of Barcelona, but eventually I became a policeman, specifically in the police of Catalonia (Spain), called “Mossos d'Esquadra”. I am policeman since 1992 and I work for the rights and freedoms of citizens.

My interest for dogs, specifically Newfoundland, started in 1997, I had always been a dog lover but always live in an apartment I could never have one. I got married and went to live in a ground floor apartment that had a large courtyard and a garden, my ex-wife did not want dogs at home but in December 1996 in a television program did a reportage from a Newfoundland breeder and she said that if the dog was as the dog in of the TV would not mind having one. I bought several books of the Newfoundland breed and fell in love of this wonderful breed. In three months he came home my first Newfoundland, was a female named “Duna de la Milanera”, she initiated a passion in me that lasts to this day.
I have been few years in the board of Spanish Newfoundland Club where I took over the magazine and the breeding.

I started to breed Newfoundlands in 1999 under the kennel prefix “Anmalamual”.With my wife, Patricia Melara (“Basaburua” kennel prefix), we currently have 16 Newfoundlands dogs at home and three more out in co-owner. Among these, highlight our star known to all the Good As Gold Anmalamual Basaburua called "Nacho", one of the most awarded Newfoundland in the history of the breed and wich we are very proud of all achievements of him but particularly for the Best of Breed at the American National Specialty 2012.
Since we started to breed, back in 1999, we treasure more than 80 championships, including two world championships and multiple Best in Show, Groups and Placements.

I have judged several funmatches all breeds in Spain from 2005 until 2011. At the end of 2011 I passed my theoric and practical exams of Newfoundland, Labrador Retriever and Golden Retriever, and I became authorized judge for these breeds since 2012.

To conclude, say that it will be my honor to start my career as a judge at an event of the magnitude of the FEDCUP, recognized as one of the most important Newfoundland's dog show in Europe and to thank the organization of the FEDCUP for their trust in my person.

прямо в душу запал! Мы с ним смотрим на Джонни одними глазами, и он ухитрился увидеть в ней то, что другие эксперты зачастую не видят- ее потрясающий, уникальный характер! Мы долго беседовали с ним о ней во второй день после рингов. Он в полном восторге от нее, все никак не мог оторваться :-)

Я купила какой-то Groomers Crystal Cleam, но создаётся ощущение от него жирной шерсти (хотя может я перебрала). Но всё равно эффект не тот.

Девочки, а напишите, пожалуйста про титулы - кто что получил по итогу (если получил??).. А то так много буковок после кличек победителей классов.. Очень надеюсь, что они обозначают новые титулы для вас всех :))

Олечка, как потом оказалось чтобы стать чемпионом Германии надо собрать вот таких буковок Dt. Ch. VDH 4 штуки, и не имеет значения что собака уже чемпион другой страны...
По правилам надо собрать первые три Dt. Ch. VDH, а потом не раньше чем через 1 год 1 день можно получить последний и только тогда собака получит Чемпиона Германии.

Так что ездить нам и ездить на " неметчину" ( если оно надо :-)) а мы ДОМА!!!! ( только вошли) . Хочу сказать огромное СПАСИБО своей команде! Сестре Олесе, которая мужественно гасила мои внутренние и внешние истерики по всему пути следования, а также переводила, переводила, переводила... И лучшему другу- Сашке Шпагину! Который терпел меня, терпел, терпел, но вез, носил, держал собак на столе ( было три перемывки) ... И опять вез! Спасибо вам, КОМАНДА!!! Ну и ВООБЩЕ ОтДЕЛЬНОЕ СпАСИБО тому ЧЕЛОВЕЧИЩЕ , который подстриг мне ДЖонни и остальных! У тебя золотые руки и золотая голова! Я люблю тебя!!!!!
